I was infuriated with the lack of staff presence during crucial times. Arriving and leaving without anyone at the front desk felt like a ghost town, and the phone assistance was useless, constantly hanging up on me. Additionally, while the room had a certain charm, the bathroom was cramped and not up to modern comfort standards, with plastic fittings that felt cheap.
